If everyone in the claiming alliance is dead, the enemy should go unclaimed.

(even if the hate list is not empty)

This may be resolved with the other fix we made related to death in the last maint. Can you let me know if this is still a problem and if so provide an example of what you do to cause it? Thx

Just tested now. This is not fixed yet.

Here are the steps to reproduce:
Player A
Player B
Enemy X
(player A and B are not in party or alliance together, just each of them alone)
Player A engages Enemy X and takes enough enmity to keep hate after a cure (provoke is probably enough).
Player B cures Player A (one small cure).
Enemy X kills Player A.

expected:
At this point, Enemy X should go unclaimed, since Player A had claim and Player A is dead.

actual:
Enemy X does not go unclaimed. He is still claimed by dead Player A.
Enemy X hits Player B while still claimed by Player A.
Notice that Player B can't do anything to stop Enemy X to defend himself - can't sleep or bind, can't fight back. He has to either die or run away.

This is different now, but still not right. Now enemies are going unclaimed when someone who is not even in the claiming party/alliance dies.

Enemies should go unclaimed when everyone in the claiming party/alliance (who is on the threat list) is dead.

They should not go unclaimed when someone who doesn't have claim dies.
