Probably not intentionally disabled by Kupo's admins, but I could be wrong. From the base dsp build, by default, some out of era NM are active, some aren't--probably because the creators missed enabling/disabling some.

Few things I've noticed over the past few days:

Zipacna can be slept with dark-based sleep, haven't seen light-based.

Steamcleaner can be slept with light-based sleep, yet to land dark-based.

All sky NMs should be immune to all forms of sleep.

Appears to be incorrect still. Should be absorbable by 1-3 utsusemi shadows. Currently it will still take them all plus still stun you, every time.

Appears that if you have even a single utsusemi shadow active the damage dealt is 0, though you will still be stunned.

Not sure on the dispel thing, you're correct that normal monsters did not build resistance, though. In addition, the resistance notorious monsters built would decay over time when the casting of the element they were building resistance to was halted.
